　　克而瑞房地产研究中心数据显示，截至目前，今年拿地最多的30大标杆房企拿地金额均已超过100亿元，总金额已超过7716.8亿元，同比2016年同期拿地最多的30家房子合计上涨了61%。

　　虽然5月、6月房企销售数据放缓，但标杆房企拿地积极性依然持续。拿地量最大的三家房企分别是碧桂园、保利和中国恒大。碧桂园今年拿地金额高达766.76亿元，位居榜首；保利地产以703.77亿元紧随其后；中国恒大位列第三，金额为526.07亿元。不少房企拿地金额也已超过400亿元，分别是中海、龙湖、万科等。

　　标杆房企目前依然积极拿地，但区域有所分化。部分三四线城市土地市场竞争激烈，溢价率明显上升。比如扬州、金华、漳州、常州等城市溢价率在热点城市中排名前十。佛山、温州、无锡、宁波等三线城市进入了卖地百亿城市行列。
